Hi I'm Baby Gherkin!

Recently, a friend of mine starting calling me "Baby Gherkin." I thought that "Gherkin" was a completely made-up word, as this friend and I have a history of making up silly, meaningless names for one another that use fabricated words.

Well, as I was surprised to find out today, "Gherkin" is actually the name of a pickle!










I confronted my friend about this matter and the following conversation ensued...

Me: I didn't know Gherkin was a pickle!

Friend: Yes, a tiny humble tasty pickle - just like you.
Me: Haha!
