Unfortunately, this blog will sort of have to be closed today. Last night I went to Co., Jim Lahey's - of Sullivan Street Bakery- new pizza place. I took great pictures with my new digital camera but unfortunately left the "connector plug thing" at home, so I can't transfer them to this online medium!
I will say this, however: aside from the really good pizza, last night was such a cool experience because we were surrounded by the New York Foodie Intelligentsia, including Peter Meehan, whose reviews in the NY Times (such as this one) I have read for years; also present was Gail Simmons, of Top Chef, who I have written about previously.
Anyhow, sorry for the inconvenience, and we'll see you back next week with a full report on Co., as well as the continuing saga of Snuggles and his metaphysical woes.
