Oh, hi. It looks like this building will be going up at 56 Leonard Street. It looks kind of cool so I decided to buy the whole thing. My living quarters will be on the top third or so of the building. The second third of the building will include various ethnic restaurants representing basically every world cuisine. It will also house a small art-house theater. The bottom third will include more mass-appeal options, including Red Lobster, McDonald's, Dave & Buster's, and also a multiplex theater showing the hottest blockbuster films. I haven't decided if I am going to make any of this public yet -- probably not. Have a nice day.

New Living Space
